Why Jeri is so excited about call!
· It engages EVERYONE! In CALL we celebrate how God made EACH OF US uniquely, designed EACH OF US differently, and yet we ALL- every single one of us- have a most natural way to share our faith and are called to share with those around us!
· Questionnaire: This 36 question tool helps us uncover our most natural style of sharing our faith.
· Styles of Sharing: We study some of the many ways God might guide us to share the good news about Jesus – including some we maybe haven’t considered before like Serving, Building Relationships and Listening.
· Bible Study: We study New Testament people sharing their faith in the different styles, and look at our Master, Jesus Christ, for his example.
· Everyday Stories: These show us examples of modern day people sharing their faith in the different styles.
· BE and Gospel Journal sections: We have weekly opportunities to spend time growing in our relationship to God in the BE sections, and to add to our understanding of “What is the Gospel message?” In our Gospel Journal.
· Small Group: We take time together to celebrate how God has designed us each differently, learn from one another’s perspectives and discuss how we can share our faith in our everyday lives.
· Practical Exercises: This training helps us to grow in confidence in sharing our faith in each style.
· Most Natural and Not-so- Natural Styles: Throughout CALL we grow in sharing our faith not only in our most natural style, but also in our not-so-natural styles so we are better prepared to engage with those around us.
We will leave the CALL Study knowing Christ better and encouraged and equipped to share Christ with those we encounter every day. There’s no better time to gather a few friends and answer the CALL to know Christ and share Christ together!
