Creating Great Bios and Logos
Develop your bio and logo. Do you have trouble coming up with an informative and appealing bio? Are you tired of using the same old bio? After enduring frustration for years as she attempted to write her own bios, Jeri Howe decided to approach this problem with her engineering training, researching the bios of well-known speakers and writers and developing a 12-step tool that will enable participants to fashion a bio fit for every occasion. In this workshop, participants will walk through each step together: brainstorming ideas, getting insights from bios of well-known authors and speakers, and fitting all the pieces together. During this interactive workshop participants will be given the opportunity to give and receive feedback from their peers. Participants will also get an introduction to logo creation and use by a professional logo designer, Brittani Emmorey.
